Message to clients

I approach each client with respect and dignity—seeing you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can be your unapologetic self without fear of judgment. Together we will explore and identify your goals in treatment and collaborate to find solutions to any problematic issues you are facing. I also incorporate evidenced based techniques that draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed interventions.
