As a mental health therapist, I am grateful to have worked with a diverse range of patients and their respective concerns, including young adults, adults, and those who identify as neurodivergent. My work focuses on helping individuals build self-esteem, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier attachment patterns, as well as providing support in navigating relationships with food and body image. I specialize in guiding young adults and those struggling with self-esteem, body image, social challenges, life changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, as I’m passionate about helping you better understand yourself and build confidence to show up authentically in your relationships and life. My path to becoming a mental health care provider began with a genuine admiration for the therapist who helped me navigate early adulthood with clarity and confidence. Feeling seen and supported through that process inspired me to create that same experience for others. Now I bring that same authenticity, warmth, and sense of calm that helps patients feel comfortable exploring who they are and what they need. When I’m not working with patients, you can find me trying new restaurants (always on the hunt for the best Chinese food in NYC!), spending time with family and friends, or unwinding with yoga and Pilates. I also love time in nature and finding creative outlets through art.
