Robby Cale works with high-performing, career-driven adults who appear successful on the outside yet feel weighed down by imposter syndrome, anxiety, perfectionism, chronic overthinking, and an unsustainable work/life balance. Many clients seek therapy when rest feels unproductive, self-criticism is constant, or achievement no longer brings relief. Robby offers a warm, encouraging, and nonjudgmental space where clients can show up honestly, without needing to “push through” alone.
Their approach is eclectic and intentionally integrative, combining evidence-informed strategies with mind-body and creative modalities. Sessions often include practical CBT-based tools to shift anxious thought loops and inner-critic patterns, alongside somatic work to support nervous-system regulation. Robby also teaches accessible breathwork and meditation practices to help clients feel more grounded day-to-day. When aligned with client preferences and goals, the work may incorporate Reiki and expressive practices such as creative writing/expressive arts to deepen insight and expand coping options.
Therapy with Robby is designed to be both reflective and actionable. In addition to exploring what clients think and feel, they collaboratively examine how and why patterns developed, identifying protective strategies and internal rules that may have supported achievement but now contribute to burnout or disconnection. Robby incorporates practices designed to increase curiosity rather than judgment, supporting clients in relating to themselves with greater openness, self-compassion, and flexibility. Robby is also a good fit for professionals who have material success yet feel a spiritual or meaning-oriented “gap,” and want therapy that makes room for purpose, values, and inner alignment in a way that respects their beliefs.
Robby is based in Whitefish, Montana and currently offers telehealth-only services. They are licensed in MT, TX, VA, and WA. Services are offered on a private pay basis; superbills may be provided to support out-of-network reimbursement. A free consultation is available to discuss goals and determine fit.
