Professional statement

Ronia Arabatlian, MSS, LCSW offers compassionate virtual therapy for women and young adults navigating grief and loss, infertility, caregiver stress, trauma, and major life transitions. She provides a supportive, trauma-informed space for clients seeking emotional healing, clarity, and renewed connection.

What makes Ronia’s work unique is her deeply personal understanding of caregiving and loss. As a mother who has walked the path of raising a child with special needs, she understands the complex blend of exhaustion, devotion, heartache, and unexpected grace this journey can hold. This lived experience shapes her empathic, grounded approach and allows clients to feel genuinely seen and understood.

Many of Ronia’s clients are women, mothers, and caregivers coping with infertility, pregnancy loss, or the ongoing demands of caring for a loved one. Others come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a crossroads—seeking support during transitions related to identity, relationships, purpose, or faith. As a first-generation Armenian American, Ronia brings a culturally responsive lens, honoring the impact of intergenerational trauma while centering each client’s unique story.

Ronia’s therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, blending psychodynamic therapy with mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, breathwork, and grounding techniques. This mind–body–spirit framework supports deep, sustainable healing by helping clients gently untangle long-standing patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Clients often describe her style as warm, steady, intuitive, and deeply compassionate.

If you’re ready to move beyond survival and toward healing, connection, and hope, Ronia offers a safe, nurturing space to begin that journey.

Outside of her clinical work, Ronia finds restoration by the ocean—collecting sea glass and seashells as reminders that beauty and resilience can emerge from even life’s hardest moments.

Healing the heart and mind—guided by compassion, resilience, and hope.

Message to clients

If you’ve just landed here, I invite you to pause for a moment and take a slow, gentle breath. Notice your body—where there may be tension, where your breath feels shallow, or where there’s a bit of ease. Reaching out for support is no small thing; it’s a meaningful and courageous first step toward healing and self-discovery.

In our work together, you’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are—no need to have everything figured out. I offer a warm, steady, and nurturing space to explore grief and loss, infertility, anxiety, caregiver stress, trauma, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. All of this is held with care and compassion here.

My approach is holistic and integrative, blending psychodynamic therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breathwork. Together, we’ll gently explore the deeper roots of your pain while strengthening resilience, clarity, and a sense of connection—within yourself and with others.

Healing isn’t about “getting over” what’s hard; it’s about moving through it with patience, compassion, and support. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel more at home within yourself—grounded, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater ease and intention.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. You don’t have to navigate this alone—healing begins with connection.
