My name is Samantha Frum. I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have 8 years of experience working with adolescents, families, and adults with a wide range of challenges.
As a Nova Southeastern University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health, I bring evidence-based therapeutic approaches to every client relationship.
In my practice, I work with young adults who are feeling stuck in cycles anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms. I provide a warm, direct, and collaborative space to address what’s beneath the surface.
I take a holistic approach to therapy while primarily integrating CBT, DBT and EMDR into my practice. Using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with a family systems and trauma focused approach, I help clients build skills for emotional regulation, healthy communication, and resilience.
With CBT we'll explore how your thoughts influence your emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. With EMDR we will create your Trauma Timeline and work to clear out distressing memories.
My goal is to guide clients toward greater understanding, connection, and relief from the stressors they’re facing.
