Message to clients

Hi, I’m Samantha. I am committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, and I work to ensure you feel comfortable expressing yourself openly and honestly. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection.

I integrate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and person-centered techniques. I support clients navigating mood disorders, anxiety, anger management, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and addiction. Sessions are tailored to your goals, helping you build insight while also developing practical strategies you can use outside of therapy.

With experience in nonprofit and addiction treatment settings, I understand the complexity of change and recovery. I believe growth happens when you feel supported and encouraged at your own pace. Therapy with me is a space for reflection, resilience-building, and forward movement, and I would be honored to support you as you work toward lasting change.
