Trauma Therapy for Life Transitions, Uncertainty, and Identity Integration

Living with uncertainty — whether it’s rooted in medical realities, family patterns, or the quieter ache of long-term stress — can leave your nervous system on high alert. You may feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while quietly bracing for what might come next. My work is centered on helping people slow down enough to find steadiness again, to reconnect with their bodies, relationships, and sense of agency.

I specialize in trauma-informed and depth-oriented therapy, drawing from NARM, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic awareness. My clients include adults navigating developmental and relational trauma, identity shifts, and health-related stressors — including those impacted by cancer, genetic testing, and survivorship.

Together, we make space for what’s beneath the fear — grief, anger, relief, or hope — and for the parts of you that have had to stay strong for everyone else. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Healing unfolds when we can bring both the uncertainty and the meaning of what we’re facing into relationship. You don’t have to face it alone — therapy can be the place where you return to yourself.

Message to clients

If you’re here, you may be living with the ongoing impact of something that changed how you move through the world — a cancer diagnosis, a loss, a trauma, or years spent holding everything together for everyone else. You might feel the weight of uncertainty, the pressure to stay strong, or the loneliness of carrying something few people fully understand. I want you to know that those feelings make sense, and you don’t have to face them alone.

Therapy with me is a place to pause and come home to yourself. We’ll slow things down enough for your nervous system to catch up — so you can begin to listen to your own timing, your own intuition, and your own capacity for choice. My role isn’t to push you toward any particular path, but to help you find the steadiness and self-trust to move forward in your own way.

I work with people navigating trauma, identity shifts, and the complex ways the past lives in the body — including those living with hereditary cancer risk or the echoes of medical trauma. Our work honors both the science and the soul of what you’re carrying, making space for fear and grief, but also for connection, meaning, and growth. Together, we’ll work toward a kind of healing that doesn’t erase uncertainty, but helps you live more fully in its presence.
