I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression by using evidence-based techniques. I integrate various cognitive, somatic, and psycho dynamic modalities to build emotional and physical regulation and strengthen self-compassion. I am trained in attachment-focused EMDR and the treatment of PTSD.
