Professional statement

Sarah specializes in working with college-aged adults and professionals who are navigating major life transitions. Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and Sarah's goal is to walk alongside clients as they manage challenges such as career burnout, the transition from college to full-time work, or balancing the demands of career and family life. Sarah recognizes the courage it takes to acknowledge when life feels overwhelming and to seek support. Sarah's approach is strengths-based, grounded in the belief that everyone possesses the inner resources needed to set meaningful goals and create lasting change.

Sarah's work draws on Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clarify what matters most and what drives personal growth. Sarah also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address unhelpful thought patterns and to build effective coping and self-care strategies.

Message to clients

Seeking support is a meaningful step, and it reflects the strength and self-awareness you already possess. Everyone carries unique abilities, values, and resilience, even during seasons that feel challenging or uncertain. My role is to be a supportive resource as you reconnect with those strengths, gain clarity around your goals, and navigate obstacles with greater confidence. Together, we can build on what’s already working, develop new skills where needed, and create space for growth. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to support you as you move toward your full potential.

I offer therapy sessions virtually; at this time, I do not have any in-person availability. I have immediate openings in the New Year and am here to support you! Typically, it takes one week from first contact to our first appointment just to ensure that all onboarding documents are completed and all of your questions are answered.
