I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut with over nine years of post graduate experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My background also includes crisis work and case management, which informs my ability to support clients through both immediate challenges and longer term growth.
I take a trauma informed, strengths based approach that considers the whole person, including emotional well being, physical health, and overall life context. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences and begin to move toward healing.
I approach therapy with curiosity and care, taking the time to understand your unique needs and tailoring our work together in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

In our sessions, we’ll create space to slow things down and make sense of what you’ve been going through. I’ll meet you with empathy and openness, and we’ll work together to understand what you need in order to feel more steady, supported, and whole.
