Professional statement

Looking through endless therapist profiles can be exhausting when you're already struggling. Let me make this simple: I don't sugarcoat things. I'm here to actively work with you, not just listen and nod like a sounding board. Working together, we can actually change what's not working by developing practical skills that are effective and easy to use. I've witnessed countless journeys of growth and healing and I believe wholeheartedly in your capacity for change. I work well with all kinds of people, and I especially click with gamers, students, and musicians - shared interests tend to lead to a better therapeutic connection.

I provide both individual and group therapy sessions, offering flexibility in how you engage with the healing process. Some clients thrive in one-on-one sessions where we can focus intensively on personal goals, while others benefit from the shared experiences and peer support that group therapy provides.

I have specialized experience with depression, anxiety, and stress management, with particular expertise in substance use disorders and addiction recovery. I also frequently work with individuals facing work-related stress, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and life transitions.

My approach is collaborative and practical. I believe in meeting clients where they are while providing the tools and insights needed for genuine transformation. Whether you need a session to process and vent or you're ready to learn new coping strategies, I adapt to what serves you best each week. Mental and emotional wellness isn't a luxury - it's essential, and sometimes it just takes that first phone call to begin your journey toward feeling genuinely better.

Message to clients

My ideal clients are ready to move beyond feeling stuck and want practical tools for real change. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, or major life transitions, you're looking for genuine transformation rather than just talking through problems week after week.

You might be a college student overwhelmed by academic pressures, a musician or gamer dealing with unique lifestyle challenges, or a professional burned out from work stress. Perhaps you're navigating grief, struggling with communication in relationships, or finding that substances have become more of a coping mechanism than you'd like.

What unites my ideal clients is a desire for concrete strategies that actually work in daily life. You want a therapist who understands your world and won't just nod sympathetically, but will actively collaborate with you to build practical skills for lasting change. You're tired of feeling like the weight of the world is too heavy to handle alone and ready to become a newer, more resilient version of yourself.

You value authenticity and want someone who will meet you where you are without judgment, while also gently challenging you to grow. Whether you're dealing with anxiety that keeps you up at night, depression that makes daily tasks feel impossible, or patterns that no longer serve you, you're ready to do the work to feel genuinely better.
