Sharon Johnson, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She works with professionals, healthcare providers, first responders, veterans, and other adults seeking greater balance and emotional well-being.

Sharon provides a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach using EMDR, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She believes meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and supported.
