Message to clients

Our initial session, I will do a complete history focused on what issues you are bringing to therapy and how you have dealt with them in the past. I will also ask about your support system, your education and your employment. I also focus on your current symptoms, ie, depression, anxiety, insomnia so that we can build a treatment plan from there.
