Professional statement

Dr. Sattari specializes in working with parents and caregivers of infants, toddlers, and young children facing developmental concerns, behavioral challenges, and early signs of autism or ADHD. She also supports adults seeking PTSD recovery and trauma-informed healing. Her clients value compassionate, evidence-based guidance to foster resilience, secure attachment, and meaningful family growth.

Her integrative approach blends play-based therapies like Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) with neuroscience-informed techniques, including neurofeedback and interoceptive practices. This empowers young children to express emotions naturally while equipping parents with practical tools. For adults, she draws on research-backed methods to promote posttraumatic growth and emotional regulation.

With a strong foundation in neuroscience, Dr. Sattari brings extensive experience in early psychological evaluations and diagnostics for neurodevelopmental conditions (i.e., autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disorders). Her background includes research in posttraumatic stress disorder treatments, enabling thorough, personalized insights that help families move forward with clarity and confidence.

Dr. Sattari offers private-pay services with psychological evaluations available in-person in both McKinney, TX, and Bozeman, MT. Therapy is provided in-person in Texas and is available virtually for adults in Montana. She maintains flexible availability for new clients and welcomes inquiries to discuss how she can best support each family’s unique journey.
