Message to clients

Hi! Prior to starting therapy with me, it may be helpful to know that I approach individuals with the belief that healing and recovery is possible. Humans are incredibly resilient, and whether progress is quick, or takes a long time, there is hope that things will get better. I will provide guidance, support, education, and engage in several clinical evidence-based approaches to support you in working towards, and eventually meeting your goals; it is also true that your investment into the process is what makes the difference and where the change happens! I will meet you with patience, humility, encouragement, and humor, as we navigate this road together. I want to normalize how hard addressing mental health can be, and offer you hope that it can be done! I do appreciate the difficulty that goes into finding the right fit for a therapist, so if you're curious if it could be me, please reach out or schedule a consult so we can explore the option. I look forward to hearing from you! In wellness, Stacie
