Professional statement

Stacie works with individuals navigating parenting, pregnancy & postpartum, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and self-esteem concerns, with a particular focus on pregnancy and the postpartum period. Many of her clients are feeling overwhelmed by shifting roles, emotional exhaustion, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” She offers a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, grounded in the belief that effective therapy meets clients where they are. Stacie draws from Mindfulness, Psycho-educational Therapy, Strength-Based and Solution-Focused techniques, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She tailors treatment to each client’s goals, preferences, and lived experiences, helping them build practical skills while fostering insight, resilience, and self-compassion.

Stacie earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service and brings over twenty years of experience in mental health care. Her professional background includes work in residential treatment settings, public schools, and private practice, providing her with a broad and informed perspective on supporting individuals through complex emotional and life challenges.

Stacie provides therapy services in a warm and professional setting and offers telehealth sessions in CT (other states coming soon!) to increase accessibility and flexibility for clients balancing busy lives. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients can process their emotions openly and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to arrive with questions, uncertainty, or even a little hesitation. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan for what you want to work on- part of our work together is slowing down and making sense of things as they unfold. My hope is that from our very first session, you feel welcomed, respected, and supported just as you are.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We will move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, focusing on what matters most in your life right now. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a life transition, pregnancy or postpartum changes, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I believe you already carry strengths and insight within you. Together, we’ll work to help you reconnect with those strengths and build tools that feel practical and empowering.

Above all, I want you to know that this is a judgment-free space. You are allowed to show up honestly- with your fears, hopes, frustrations, and questions. My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, confident, and connected as you move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I look forward to working with you!
