Sydney Denmark is a psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults and families, bringing a warm, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to her work. She offers therapy in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Massachusetts.

She earned her Master’s degree from Bryn Mawr College, trained at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Pennsylvania.

Which means she explores patterns with curiosity, builds insight, and develops grounded tools to help you feel more regulated and resilient in your day-to-day life. Adolescent mental health - Working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transition to college, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness about the future, emotional disregulation
