Tanasia Betts is a licensed mental health counselor and Brooklyn native. Tanasia provides a safe space for adults from all walks of life. Many of Tanasia’s clients come in when they recognize their trauma has started to manifest into barriers to living their life fully & freely. Most clients struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or lack of purpose because of unresolved trauma. Tanasia is particularly passionate about serving people of color, people of faith, and the LGBTQIA community.
Tanasia’s style is warm, empowering, and goal-oriented. When a client first comes in, we build a relationship where they can be comfortable sharing their true self.
