Professional statement

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, relational wounds, or long-standing emotional stress. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or difficulty feeling safe and authentic in relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered, with an emphasis on emotional presence and collaboration. I aim to create a space where clients feel deeply understood and supported as they explore patterns that no longer serve them and develop greater agency, connection, and self-trust. Therapy with me is thoughtful, paced, and focused on meaningful, lasting change.

Message to clients

I want you to know how much I respect the courage it takes to show up for this work. Therapy is not always easy, and it often asks us to slow down, feel more deeply, and stay present with parts of ourselves that have learned to protect in quiet or painful ways. I see the care and effort you bring into our sessions, even on days when it feels hard or uncertain.

My intention in our work together is to offer a space that is thoughtful, emotionally attuned, and grounded in mutual respect. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I am committed to showing up with honesty, curiosity, and care as we explore what you’re carrying and what you’re growing toward. We will move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your history, and your goals.

Thank you for trusting me with your story and for allowing me to walk alongside you in this process. It is a privilege to do this work with you.
