Professional statement

I believe mental and physical health are deeply interconnected.

Drawing from both integrative and functional medicine perspectives, my work focuses on understanding the root causes of dis-ease rather than simply managing symptoms or talking about the problem.

The presentation of anxiety and depression is not only linked to lived experiences, emotions, and behaviors, but may also be linked or driven by physical factors such as chronic inflammation, insulin resistance, hormone dysregulation, gut–brain disruption, or prolonged stress.

My training includes clinical mental health counseling, nutrition science and nutritional psychology, integrative health, holistic medicine, neurofeedback, and EMDR. I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices, music-informed therapeutic approaches, and executive coaching frameworks where appropriate. I am also a Hoffman Process graduate.

My philosophy is both scientifically grounded and personally informed — rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals and families move toward lasting, holistic healing.

Before transitioning into the clinical field, I spent over fifteen years in corporate finance as an executive and portfolio manager. I hold a degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, experiences that continue to inform my work with high-performing individuals, professionals, and families navigating complex life transitions.

Message to clients

Navigating challenging relationships, attachment injury, anxiety, depression, or mood instability takes more than just talk. Healing the connection between body and mind is critical to support mental wellbeing, without which life is a grind. Let's work together to look at the biological, psychological, social, and metabolic factors driving negative behaviors in your life, before these become dis-ease. I use evidence based practices from clinical and nutritional psychology, neurofeedback, EMDR, and the science surrounding gut health, chronic stress, and inflammation to heal imbalances for optimal health.

I provide talk therapy, integrative health, nutrition, neurofeedback, music therapy through the Listening Program, and EMDR. I am a Hoffman Process graduate and practitioner of holistic medicine. Previously, I was a finance executive and hold a degree in business administration and a CFA Charter. Holistic executive and financial coaching also offered.

If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, autoimmune disorder, chronic illness, burnout, pain, inflammation, GI issues, brain injury (TBI), or are an individual seeking more holistic, permanent change and improved performance, I will work to help you find more optimal coping mechanisms, mental clarity, and metabolic health.
