Her work is guided by the belief that therapy should be responsive to the individual. Message to clients

Starting therapy can be both rewarding and a little intimidating. Talking with someone you have just met about personal experiences, challenges, or hopes for your life can feel unfamiliar or even nerve-wracking. Those feelings are completely normal. You do not have to arrive with everything figured out. My hope is that you feel comfortable showing up just as you are.

In our work together, we will take the time to explore what has brought you to this point and what you would like to change or better understand. I aim to provide a space where you can pause, reflect, and think things through with someone who is there to support the process rather than expecting you to navigate it on your own.

I often think of therapy as a shared process of exploration. Life brings challenges and moments of uncertainty, and therapy provides a space to examine those experiences with care and curiosity. My hope is that through this work you feel more understood and better able to move forward in ways that feel meaningful to you. If you are considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
