Message to clients

I specialize in working with anxiety, acute & complex PTSD, grief & loss and first responder challenges. My approach to therapy is dependent on what works best for you. Every person is unique and ultimately the expert in their own life. I believe the body and mind are intricately connected and need to be examined together to accurately assess and reach a resolution for life's demands.

Counseling is my second career, my first was as a paramedic. My experience as a therapist includes crisis response, grief & loss, trauma and the challenges that come with navigating life. I offer a holistic approach to therapy where we look at all aspects of your life and how it impacts your mental health. I'm also an animal lover and believe pets are truly a gift from God.
