Victoria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses a warm, client-centered, and strengths-focused approach in therapy. Victoria believes meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to build on your existing strengths. In your work together, she can provide practical tools, help you navigate challenges, and offer a supportive space to talk things through.
Victoria understands that everyone’s story and needs are different, so she personalizes therapy to align with your goals, preferences, and comfort level. Her approach is collaborative and adaptable, allowing you to move at a pace that feels right for you. Victoria’s aim is to create a relaxed environment where you can openly explore what you’re going through while working toward lasting change.
Victoria works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. She also supports those navigating substance use concerns, as well as individuals impacted by domestic abuse, intimate partner violence, and other forms of trauma.
