Message to clients

Hello, I am so thrilled you are reaching out for help, which is the first step on your therapeutic journey! I am so passionate about my work, and have been told I have a compassionate and calming approach. I believe in empathy and understanding where the client is emotionally and respecting their timeline. I love to hear a client's story and learning about how they need support. I can understand feeling anxious about starting therapy, and I aim to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, supportive space for clients to be able to open up and discover how therapy can change their lives and future. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you and see you "flourish"!
