Professional statement

You're doing your best to hold everything together, but under the surface, you might feel stuck, anxious, exhausted, or like no one truly sees you. Maybe your past feels like it’s weighing you down, or you’re trying to find your place in a world that hasn’t always felt safe or fair. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. As a queer, non-binary, mentally-ill, bilingual counselor with both lived and professional experience working with immigrant and marginalized communities, I offer a space grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect.

My therapeutic lens is mainly informed by psychodynamic theory, and I tend to combine approaches integratively, such as IFS, mindfulness, CBT, chair techniques, art therapy, and psychodrama, to ensure the treatment fits your uniqueness.

Message to clients

I specialize in working with folks navigating trauma, identity, and major life changes. My approach is collaborative, relational, and insight-oriented, drawing from psychodynamic, IFS, and multicultural frameworks to help you explore what’s shaped you, reconnect with your inner strengths, and build a life that is meaningful on your own terms.

I believe therapy is more than symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming your voice, honoring your survival, and creating space for healing and growth. I hold deep respect for your story and your pace. I strive to meet you with care, humor, and honesty, whether you're working through long-held pain or just trying to survive the week.

Everyone has their own story. I am ready to work with yours.
