Message to clients

Hi, I’m Dr. Zoe Zins, a post-doctoral fellow in clinical psychology. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s holding you back and help you move toward greater clarity, growth, and emotional well-being.

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, helping you feel supported, empowered, and more connected to yourself and the life you want to create.

I earned my Doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and bring experience working with clients across the lifespan. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or seeking deeper personal growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s connect and explore how therapy can support your next step forward.
