When will it start?
When the group gets to 7-8 participants.
Is an initial intake required?
Yes, an hour long initial intake is needed in order to assess capacity and commitment to the 12 weeks.
When and where?
There will be 12 sessions, Fridays from 3:30-5pm, on Zoom.
What does it cost?
$100 for initial intake and $80 per session.
Does the participant need to know the Internal Family Systems model?
No. While participants are encouraged to have their own individual therapist, they do not have to have any experience with the IFS model to take part in this group

Group Therapist
Therapy can be a process that takes a lot of courage as there is often uncertainty about opening up and developing trust with someone you do not know. The goal of therapy is to create a space where you are able to discuss everything in a compassionate and non-judgemental way, leading to more fulfillment in life.
