ADHD and Anxiety Clinical Group for Teens

If you have had a difficult school year and worried about how to start the next school year off right, this group is made for you. We will focus on developing practical skills to cope with anxiety while also getting organized in our thoughts and acts. Through the guidance of a trained professional and the support of peers in a similar situation, we will grow and overcome obstacles which held us back the year before. We will used evidenced based practices (like CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing) and learn to use them in the "real world". This group will begin September 9th and run through the end of the 2025-2026 school year. This is an open group accepting new teens throughout the school year.
