Description
If your last school year was difficult and you are worried about how to be successful this school year, this group is made for you. We will focus on developing practical skills to cope with anxiety while also getting organized in our thoughts and acts. Through the guidance of a trained professional and the support of peers in a similar situation, we will grow and overcome obstacles which held us back the year before. We will used evidenced based practices (like CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing) and learn to use them in the "real world". This group will begin June 16th and run through the end of July. If you think this may be helpful for you, feel free to connect through Zencare or give us a call and learn more (401) 400_0290. We look forward to hearing from you!
