In this group, I teach quick and easy everyday practices that help you spend more time in the present moment. It's designed for real life — no need for hours of silence or a perfect routine.

Instead, you’ll discover simple, everyday practices that help you pause, reset, and de-stress without adding more to your already full day.

Led by Paula Kettula, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, helping people nurture their emotional health and overall well-being. She is also a dedicated yogi and mindfulness meditation teacher, passionate about sharing practical tools that empower individuals to stay grounded, reduce stress, and live with greater presence and clarity.
