Description
This 8-week virtual Boundaries and People-Pleasing Recovery Group is designed for adults in Connecticut who want to break free from people-pleasing patterns and build more confident, authentic relationships.
In a small, supportive group setting (6–8 participants), you’ll gain a deeper understanding of where these patterns come from and learn practical tools to begin changing them in real life.
Throughout the group, we will focus on:
Understanding the roots of people-pleasing
Increasing awareness of your own needs and emotions
Building confidence in setting and maintaining boundaries
Reducing guilt and anxiety around saying no
Strengthening your sense of self and self-trust
This group is ideal for individuals who are insightful and motivated for change, but find it difficult to apply boundaries in their day-to-day relationships.
