Bridges to Belonging

Description

This 8-week virtual Transmasculine Support Group is a process-oriented, community-centered space for transmasculine, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people to explore identity, embodiment, transition, relationships, and belonging. Sessions blend grounding practices, creative and expressive activities, and open group sharing to cultivate a supportive, affirming container. Themes may include dysphoria and euphoria, transition pathways, trans history and culture, political and collective grief, community care, and trans joy. The group is collaborative and flexible, with space for members to help shape weekly topics and bring their lived experiences into a trauma-informed environment.
