During this group, you will learn evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills to help you better navigate postpartum life from a mental health perspective. This group is appropriate for any seasoned or first-time moms in their first two trimesters of pregnancy.

At Shoreline Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Coaching (Shoreline CBT), we offer comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services tailored for people of all ages and walks of life. We're excited to announce our newest offering: a Telehealth Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group led by Dr. Heather Schatten, a highly experienced DBT provider certified through PSYPACT. This group brings expert-led DBT treatment directly to clients across all participating PSYPACT states, combining the effectiveness of group therapy with the convenience of remote access.
