Losing a parent can be disorienting, painful, and life-altering, no matter your age or the circumstances of the loss. This therapist-led group offers a supportive, confidential space for adults grieving the death of a parent to connect with others who understand the complexity of this experience. This group welcomes all forms of grief, including complicated, traumatic, or disenfranchised grief.
Group Therapist
Linnea is a psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples through all of life’s transitions, including fertility, maternity, postpartum, menopause, and the moments in between. She provides a supportive space to process grief, anxiety, and uncertainty with compassion and hope. In addition to individual therapy, Linnea offers couples counseling to help partners strengthen their relationships as they navigate reproductive challenges and parenting. She supports couples in improving communication, deepening emotional connection, and managing stress together.
Drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Linnea helps clients uncover patterns and emotions that shape their experiences. In working with individuals, couples, and families, she focuses on building resilience, improving communication, and navigating life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and confidence.
