Group Therapist
I'm the founder of Compassion-Based Happiness, the creator of Happiness-Based Mindfulness, & the author of "You Are Love." I work to help you experience more peace, happiness & compassion. I've done over 15,000 sessions & I apply compassion, empathy, strength-building, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, REBT, Solution-Focused, EMDR, Narrative & SSP techniques. I create personalized happiness & self-compassion plans to figure out how to get you where you want to be in how you experience the world:)
I'm an LMFT, hold a DMFT, and am completing a master's degree in Happiness Studies. I am also the author and editor for more than 3 books. I hold a PhD, and 2 Master's degrees, am a clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki master & yoga/mindfulness instructor. Testimonials can be found on my website. I provide traditional 1-hour therapy sessions and 2-3 hour intensives. I don't want finances to be an obstacle for anyone to receive treatment & am happy to work with your circumstances. I believe the most important thing is to achieve higher levels of happiness, peace & self-compassion. I can be contacted here with any questions:)
