Interpersonal Process Group

Description

This group is co-led by two experienced psychologists with decades of experience each helping people live more fulfilling lives and connect more deeply in relationships. Ideal candidates for the group are people who want to further their growth and depth of understanding themselves while trying to overcome limiting relational patterns developed through previous experiences. The focus is both on supporting each other with outside life struggles and on here and now processing, with encouragement, challenge, and humor to help try out new ways of treating ourselves and others in relationship.
