This biweekly, in-person therapy process group is for high-achieving creatives, artists, and mothers who are navigating the challenge of balancing creative work, motherhood, and personal values. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from your creative self, this group offers a supportive space to slow down, exhale, and feel understood.
Together, we focus on intentional time management, proactive boundary setting, creative support and brainstorming, and tools for mindful, values-aligned motherhood. The group emphasizes connection, self-compassion, and sustainable ways to care for both your family and your creative life.

Group Therapist
Lanta Carroll is a Licensed Professional Counselor based out of Atlanta, Georgia. She specializes in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, spiritual health and religious trauma, identity development and life transitions.
Lanta is a pastoral psychotherapist who holds space for people from all faith backgrounds and each person's spiritual autonomy as they navigate their unique faith dynamics and any presenting concerns related to positive or negative faith experiences.
With a decade of experience providing therapy for a national cancer nonprofit, parish based counseling centers, community development organizations and her current private practice, Lanta has spent her career advocating for mental health accessibility through a social justice lens.
Lanta has partnered with organizations like Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Sharpie, PaperMate, Home Depot and local faith organizations, empowering them to have healthy conversations about employee wellness, burnout prevention, mental health and creativity.
Lanta is currently offering both virtual and in person sessions for Georgia residents.
