I'm the Problem - Virtual Group Therapy

Description

I'm the Problem: For adults who grew up feeling like too much — or not enough 🫵🏻

This group is for you if:

-You want closeness but something always gets in the way.

-You've been left, rejected, feel like a burden — and part of you believes it.

-You keep ending up in the same place: alone, wondering what's wrong with you.

-You know your childhood shaped you. You're just not sure how to stop letting it run the show.

Clients choose Core Relationships because we approach therapy with intention, expertise, and a focus on transformation. Rather than staying on the surface, we help uncover the emotional roots of what’s happening in your relationships and work collaboratively to shift those patterns. Our goal is to help clients move from frustration and disconnection to understanding, stability, and deeper connection in the relationships that matter most.

At Core Relationships, we help individuals and couples who feel stuck in the same arguments, disconnection, or relationship patterns that don’t seem to change. Our work focuses on attachment issues, communication challenges, codependency, relationship concerns, and trauma. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based approaches, we help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, strengthen communication, develop healthier boundaries, and rebuild trust and connection. The goal isn’t just to cope—it’s to help you create relationships that feel more secure, supportive, and fulfilling.

We offer individual, couples, and group therapy to support clients at different stages of their healing and growth. Individual therapy provides a space to explore personal challenges, relationship patterns, and emotional experiences with focused support. Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. We also offer therapy groups, where clients can gain insight, practice new relational skills, and feel supported alongside others working through similar experiences.
