Description
All of us are part of groups. We can't help but be in relation to others. But, how often do we reflect on our interpersonal relations? Our weekly, in-person process group is a space to be in relation with others. The group makes the group. Each week members share what is on their minds. Our relations to each other, in this setting, where we are encouraged to share what comes to mind, is the medium in which the group works.
Group Therapist

I have experience working in treatment centers, community clinics, and private practice.
Day-to-day life often leaves no room for one’s inner dialogue. We can have trouble finding the words that describe how we feel. Work anxiety, lingering resentments, ambivalence around one’s own sexual or gender identity, rage, fear: all inhibit our ability to know ourselves. Therapy can give you the time and space to listen to your inner voice and say what is on your mind.
