STARTING March 6th! Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) is a type of therapy that was developed by Dr. Thomas Lynch to treat individuals who struggle with emotional over-control, as opposed to the emotional dysregulation that is typically treated with traditional DBT. Core tenants include: Social Signaling and Communication, Emotional Expression and Vulnerability, Flexibility vs. Rigidity, and Engagement with Uncertainty. Reach out to me for more information!

Dr. Pace is a compassionate and dedicated clinical psychologist who supports individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience at McLean Hospital and in private practice, she specializes in working with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship difficulties and major life transitions.
She believes therapy works best as a team and takes a collaborative approach—working closely with clients to develop meaningful goals and treatment plans. Dr. Pace draws on evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), tailoring each approach to fit the unique needs of the individual.
