RO-DBT has been helpful for clients with chronic depression, anxiety, Anorexia Nervosa, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Each group is led by a licensed clinician with experience in leading RO-DBT groups to fidelity. After sign-up, the Groups Liaison will reach out to finalize enrollment and connect you with the group leader to schedule a 15 minute orientation. You will be provided with the Zoom link for group and our Groups Liaison will check in throughout the process to ensure things go smoothly. Group Therapist
At PSYCHē, we specialize in pairing clients with their perfect therapist. We’re a private network of expert, hand-selected psychologists and counselors across multiple states, offering solid, research-based therapies that work. Our services include Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, DBT Skills Groups, RO-DBT Skills Classes, and Child & Adolescent Therapy.
Not sure where to start? That’s where we come in. The first step is our Consultation Package; a 30-minute online meeting with a Therapy Services Specialist (TSS) who knows the right questions to ask. We’ll review your history, goals, and what you’re looking for (and not looking for) in a therapist. From there, we match you with the clinician best suited to your needs.
The Consultation Package is $650 and includes your 30-minute meeting, record review, written recommendations, and your first therapy session with your matched clinician, so you can start therapy sooner. You’ll also be introduced to your Clinical Concierge, who will guide and support you throughout treatment. If the fit isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.
