Description
Group members meet weekly and share dream material. The group is structured around free association and play. Themes emerge from the spontaneity of the collective dream-work. This group is specifically for mental health workers in the broadest sense: associates, graduate students, therapists, administrators, doulas, scheduling and intake coordinators, nurses, caretakers, doctors, anyone in the field.
Group Therapist
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#160680). He completed his Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and completed advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Wright Institute Los Angeles. I have experience working with adolescents and young adults specializing in OCD, trauma, and anxiety-related disorders. I facilitate groups as well as individual therapy. I have experience working in treatment centers, community clinics, and private practice.
Day-to-day life often leaves no room for one’s inner dialogue. We can have trouble finding the words that describe how we feel. Work anxiety, lingering resentments, ambivalence around one’s own sexual or gender identity, rage, fear: all inhibit our ability to know ourselves. Therapy can give you the time and space to listen to your inner voice and say what is on your mind.
