Description
Stress is something most of us know intimately and understand very little. A lot of that comes down to the nervous system, but most of us have never been introduced to ours.
Your nervous system isn't just "on" or "off." It moves between three states (calm and connected, fight-or-flight, and shutdown) that shape how you think, how you feel, and how you respond to the people and situations around you.
This group is an introduction. Over six weeks, you'll start to “map” your own nervous system, and its patterns, understand why you respond the way you do, and build a set of practical tools (somatic, EMDR-based, and mindfulness practices) you can actually use in daily life. All of it experiential, grounded in current neuroscience, and practiced alongside a small group of people asking the same questions.
No prior experience needed, and all abilities are welcome.
