Keely LaFrinier, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor based in Naples, Florida, who specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals, overwhelmed parents, and those navigating the ongoing stress of modern life. Her clients often come to therapy seeking relief from burnout, support for emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of themselves or their loved ones—without pressure to conform or mask their true experiences.
