Description
The Creative Reset Circle is a weekly open psychoeducational and coaching support group for professional creatives — musicians, dancers, visual artists, actors, filmmakers, and multi-hyphenates — who are navigating the emotional and psychological demands of building a life around their art. This is not a therapy group and does not provide clinical treatment or diagnosis. It is a structured learning and support space where creatives come to understand what's happening underneath the pressure, build practical tools, and find community with others who share this experience.
Each week focuses on a specific theme drawn from the real challenges creatives face — the pressure to perform and produce on demand, the experience of having your creative voice limited by rigid direction or expectations, the emotional relationship with money and compensation anxiety, the cost of feeling undervalued in your industry, and the disconnection that builds when external demands start overriding your natural creative flow. Sessions combine psychoeducation, nervous system awareness tools, guided reflection, and peer support — giving members both knowledge and practical resources they can apply immediately in their creative lives.
This group is facilitated by Roselyn Pérez Casiano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in nervous system regulation and identity work, and the founder of The Creative Essence Program. While Roselyn's clinical background informs the depth and quality of the content, this group functions as a coaching and educational experience — not as mental health treatment. Members who are experiencing significant mental health concerns are encouraged to seek individual therapy in addition to or instead of this group. The group is available in English and open to creatives nationwide, regardless of background.
PREREQUISITES
No prior coaching or therapy experience is required. This group is open to professional creatives nationwide. A brief intake conversation with Roselyn before joining is recommended to ensure the group is a strong fit for where you are right now.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This group is a strong fit if you are a working creative whose art is a primary or significant part of your professional life, you are feeling the weight of performance pressure, creative disconnection, financial stress, or industry burnout, you are curious about how your nervous system and emotional patterns connect to your creative experience, and you are open to learning, self-reflection, and being in community with other creatives doing the same work.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
This group is not the right fit if you are currently in acute mental health crisis or require individual therapy as your primary level of care, you are looking for a networking group or creative strategy session, you are not a working creative professional, or you are seeking clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Group Therapist
Roselyn Pérez Casiano is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. She helps professional creatives — musicians, dancers, visual artists, actors, filmmakers, and multi-hyphenates — reconnect with their creativity and their passion for the art they've built their lives around. For many of the clients she works with, the struggle isn't that the creativity is gone. It's that the pressure to perform, produce, and meet expectations has started interrupting the very process through which it naturally flows.
Roselyn's approach is nervous system-informed and somatic, meaning she works with the whole person — mind, body, and history. She addresses the survival patterns that form early in life and continue running quietly in the background, shaping how people feel, create, and experience themselves. Her work goes deeper than traditional talk therapy and beyond what coaching or mindfulness alone can reach, targeting what's actually interfering with creative expression rather than managing its surface symptoms.
Her understanding of this terrain is both clinical and personal. As a writer whose work has been featured in Forbes and TIME Magazine and who delivered a TEDx talk, Roselyn has navigated her own experience of performance pressure and creative interference — learning firsthand how the nervous system responds when creativity stops being free and becomes something expected. That journey continues through her current book project, and it deeply informs the care she brings to every client doing the same.
Roselyn is Puerto Rican, bilingual, and offers therapy in both English and Spanish. She currently works with adults throughout Florida via telehealth and is accepting new clients.
