Description
Welcome to a healing and energizing space where women come together to explore, express, and evolve.
This monthly women’s wellness group is a space for emotional and physical renewal through a blend of somatic movement, therapeutic reflection, creative expression, and community connection.
Each quarter offers a unique theme designed to support your personal growth and embodiment.
Led by two passionate facilitators—Ketty, who guides the dance and creative movement journeys, and myself, who offers reflective and therapeutic mental health support—these sessions are playful, soulful, and deeply supportive.
