Welcome to Anivana Therapeutic Services. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and we're glad you're here. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
We believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and goals, and we work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches while recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. We focus on helping you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want to live.
One of the things that makes Anivana unique is our incorporation of animal-assisted therapy. For clients who are interested, carefully selected therapy animals may be included in sessions to help create a calming, engaging environment. Research suggests that interacting with animals can help reduce stress, strengthen the therapeutic relationship, increase participation in therapy, and support emotional regulation. Participation is always optional, and traditional therapy services are available for those who prefer sessions without animals.
We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and other mental health challenges. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs and may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based interventions, and animal-assisted therapy. Our goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and compassionate environment.
Our specialties include anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and life transitions. We also offer specialized services such as EMDR and animal-assisted therapy, integrating evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to create personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
We believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Our team provides compassionate, individualized care using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. We are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. In addition to traditional counseling, we offer specialized services such as EMDR and animal-assisted therapy, providing unique opportunities for healing and personal growth. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, depression, or life's challenges, our goal is to help you build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change.
We strive to make the payment process as simple and transparent as possible. Anivana Therapeutic Services accepts most major insurance plans as well as private pay. After your appointment, insurance claims are submitted on your behalf when applicable. Once your insurance has processed the claim, or for private pay services, you'll receive an electronic invoice for any balance due, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or private pay fees. If you have questions about your insurance coverage or expected costs, our team is happy to help you understand your benefits before you begin services.
