Bixby Mental Health offers compassionate, evidence-based telehealth services tailored to meet individuals where they are. Our practice provides a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, therapy, and collaborative care, with a focus on thoughtful, personalized treatment plans. We serve adults across the lifespan and prioritize accessibility, continuity of care, and close coordination with primary care providers and support systems.

Our clinicians are a multidisciplinary team of experienced, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Master's level Associate Social Workers (ASWs) who bring diverse clinical backgrounds and specialized training to their work. Each provider is committed to delivering care that is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in current best practices. We value collaboration—both within our team and with our patients—so care decisions are made together, with respect for each individual’s goals and lived experience.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Bixby Mental Health, we are in network with Blue Cross PPO, Aetna PPO, and Medicare. For clients who do not carry one of these plans, our self-pay fees range from $150–$250, depending on the provider and services offered. Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company. Prior to a client’s first visit, a credit card will be securely collected and kept on file for payment processing following subsequent sessions.
