Practice Information

At Bold Psych, we help clients navigate life's challenges and transitions, find a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment, and cultivate more authentic relationships. We provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivered by a caring team of clinicians who are committed to ongoing learning and bring a diversity of perspectives to their work.

To help you achieve your goals, we integrate therapeutic frameworks tailored to your unique needs. We draw from well-researched approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for practical skills-building, while incorporating insight-oriented approaches to help you understand the roots of your thoughts and emotions. This comprehensive approach ensures our work together is effective in the short-term and transformative in the long-term.

FAQS

Why should I choose your practice?

Our practice is built on a foundation of clinical excellence and a genuine commitment to care. The majority of our clinicians have doctoral-level training and are passionate about their professional growth. This ensures you receive the most current, evidence-based support available. At the same time, we foster a uniquely supportive environment for our clinicians – a commitment recognized with a Corporate Recognition Award from the Massachusetts Psychological Association. For you, this means your therapist is not only a thoughtful and informed guide, but is also fully present and has the capacity to provide the exceptional care you deserve.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and its affiliates (e.g., Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Care Network). For all other plans, our fees range from $210-$290 depending on the provider and service offered. If using out-of-network benefits (some plans cover some/all of the session fees), we are happy to provide you with superbills that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Clients can use HSA/FSA accounts to help pay for services. We can also provide guidance around how to determine coverage with your insurance plan.

What services does your practice offer?

Bold Psych offers telehealth therapy for individual adults (18+) across Massachusetts. Our platform provides a flexible and convenient way for you to access high-quality care from your own space, eliminating travel time and making it easier to fit therapy into your busy schedule.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our clinicians support adults through a wide range of life's challenges, from the universal to the deeply personal. We are skilled in treating common concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, while also offering dedicated support for ADHD, OCD, and gender dysphoria. Our team also focuses on the mind-body connection, helping clients navigate chronic illness, insomnia, body image concerns, disordered eating, and the journey through infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. In addition, we bring specialized experience to supporting the unique pressures faced by leaders, athletes, new parents, immigrants, and working professionals, helping them thrive in all areas of their lives.
