Branch Lane Psychotherapy is a group practice serving adults navigating burnout, anxiety, infertility, and the pressures of high-functioning life. Many of our clients are used to managing everything on their own. Balancing work, relationships, and parenting, while feeling increasingly overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain.
Our clinicians are trained in psychodynamic and relational approaches, while also integrating practical tools when helpful. We focus not only on symptom relief, but on understanding the deeper patterns that drive stress, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion. This allows for changes that feel more meaningful and lasting over time.
As a practice, we offer a more thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy. We work well with clients who are insightful and motivated, but tired of surface-level solutions, and are looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and create real shifts in how they experience themselves and their lives.
Branch Lane Psychotherapy is a group practice offering individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, infertility, parenting stress, and the pressures of high-functioning life. Located in Nocatee and serving clients throughout Florida, New York, Illinois and Wisconsin, we provide support with a focus on thoughtful, depth-oriented care that supports meaningful and lasting change.
The therapists at Branch Lane Psychotherapy specialize in anxiety, burnout, infertility, parenting stress, and high-functioning overwhelm. Our clinicians bring a range of evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, including Dialectical behavioral therapy for emotional regulation and life skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for sleep and anxiety-related concerns, and psychoanalytic therapy for deeper exploration of patterns, identity, and relational dynamics. This allows us to tailor treatment to each person while supporting both practical change and meaningful, lasting insight.
Branch Lane Psychotherapy is unique because we help clients uncover and work with the patterns, emotions, and forces beneath the surface that shape their lives. Our approach goes beyond managing symptoms, guiding you toward real change that you can feel across all areas. You may begin to see major shifts in your relationships, work, and sense of self. This is therapy that moves past the obvious, creating shifts that last and allow you to live more fully and authentically.
At Branch Lane Psychotherapy, our therapists bring different clinical focuses, training histories, and levels of experience to their work. Session fees may reflect these distinctions. We are committed to providing high-quality care with transparency and fairness. We will meet with you for an initial consultation where you can share what’s been bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how we work. If your provider is not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to use your benefits.
We can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to discuss your situation openly with our team. Our goal is to co-create a fee arrangement that feels respectful, equitable, and workable for you.
